Deputies say a 42-year-old Canandaigua driver was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated family offense after a domestic incident in the Town of Bristol on Saturday.
The incident happened around 9:56 p.m., according to deputies.
Christopher Padden, 42, was found to be operating a pickup truck with an attached snow plow on the vehicle – when the plow struck the victim.
Padden was taken to the Ontario County Jail following the incident.
The condition of the victim was not specified. However, Padden was charged with aggravated family offense, and driving while intoxicated. Both are felony charges.
