A Take 5 ticket worth $30,671 was sold at a store in Jacksonville, a hamlet within Ulysses, for Tuesday's evening drawing, the New York Lottery said Wednesday.
The top-prize ticket was sold at a Mirabito store in Tompkins County. The Lottery did not identify a winner or say whether the prize had been claimed.
The winning retailer is Mirabito #58 at 1854 Trumansburg Road. The ticket was one top-prize winner for the Oct. 6 Take 5 evening drawing. Players select numbers from one through 39, and the game has drawings twice daily, at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m.
Lottery draw-game prizes may be claimed for up to one year after the drawing date. New Yorkers seeking help with problem gambling can call the state's confidential HOPEline at 1-877-846-7369 or text HOPENY to 467369.
