A free outdoor music and arts festival is planned for Saturday, Oct. 10, at O.I.M. Studios in Penfield, with five musical acts and donations supporting two charitable organizations.
The studio's event announcement says the inaugural Autumn Harvest festival will run from 3 to 11 p.m. at 3550 Atlantic Avenue; admission is free and open to all ages, with donations encouraged but not required.
The lineup includes Sophistafunk, Come Back to Earth, Noah Fense, ATLAS.B and Antipode. Come Back to Earth, a live Mac Miller tribute act, plans an acoustic twilight set, while Antipode is scheduled for a downtempo performance, according to the event release.
Organizers say guests can explore the studio's 22-acre property before the evening performances. Its grounds include lavender fields, wooded areas, sunflowers and wildflowers. The release describes a transition to music around the stage and a bonfire after sunset.
Food and beverages will be available on site. The release does not specify vendors, prices or a detailed performance schedule. Green Comfort is listed as the event sponsor.
Donations at the gate will benefit the Mac Miller Fund and Veterans Outreach Center, identified in the organizer's public announcement as VOC. The organizer's page says all festival proceeds will support the two groups. A suggested donation is not a condition of entry.
Attendees can check the organizer's event page for updates before traveling. The festival is scheduled to end at 11 p.m.
