A Genoa man was charged with third-degree stalking after deputies said he parked outside a person's home despite being told repeatedly to stay away.
The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to a harassment complaint in the town of Genoa at about 10:14 p.m. September 7 and arrested Nathan B. Mabry, 44, about 95 minutes later.
Investigators said Mabry had parked his vehicle in front of the residence after being told numerous times to stay away.
He was charged with third-degree stalking, a class A misdemeanor, and taken to the Public Safety Building for processing.
Mabry was brought to centralized arraignment, released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Genoa Town Court at a later date.
