Ontario County sheriff's investigators arrested a Rochester man Wednesday on a felony grand larceny charge tied to a home project in the Town of Richmond.
Investigators allege Christopher M. Holloway, 42, accepted payment under a signed contract but did not complete the agreed-upon work. He was charged with third-degree grand larceny.
The Sheriff's Office said Holloway was arrested at about 11:47 a.m. at the Home Depot on West Ridge Road in Greece.
Holloway was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in centralized arraignment court.
