A Dundee man was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a reported domestic incident in the Town of Starkey, the Yates County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies arrested Jonah N. Thompson, 24, at about 3:05 p.m. Friday, July 31, on Water Street in the village of Dundee.
Investigators alleged Thompson acted in a manner that was harmful to the physical and mental welfare of a child younger than 16. The sheriff’s office did not release further details about the incident.
Thompson was taken to the Yates County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
