Bimbo Bakeries USA has sold its shuttered Auburn bakery and an adjacent residential property for $1.425 million, according to The Citizen.
West Genesee Development LLC purchased the 28,668-square-foot facility at 11 Corcoran Drive and the neighboring property at 336 Clark St.
The bakery opened in 1977 as Automatic Rolls and later became part of Bimbo Bakeries.
The company closed the Auburn facility in 2024 as it shifted production to newer plants, eliminating 49 jobs.
Plans for the properties have not been disclosed.
