Deputies investigated the complaint around 11:18 p.m. July 26. The sheriff's office said Lucieer failed standardized field sobriety tests and later provided a chemical breath sample showing a blood alcohol content of 0.16%.

Lucieer was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date.
