A 64-year-old Ovid man was charged with petit larceny Thursday following a theft investigation in Seneca Falls, police said.
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Howard A. Ward at 10:32 a.m. July 23.
Ward was charged with one count of petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.
Police said Ward was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
