A Rochester man was charged Thursday after multiple reports that he followed women in Seneca Falls and Waterloo, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Divine S. Bliss, 28, faces first- and second-degree harassment charges and was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
Police said Bliss followed the women without a legitimate purpose and caused them alarm. He was arrested at 2:33 p.m. and processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Bliss was charged with first-degree harassment, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Police also requested an order of protection.
