A Lyons woman was arrested after deputies investigated a harassment complaint in the town of Lyons, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said Brittainy K. Grippin, 33, of Catherine Street, was charged Wednesday with forcible touching after an incident reported Tuesday.
Investigators said Grippin walked up behind a victim, smacked his buttocks and reached around him with both hands, making contact with his testicles over his clothing.
Grippin was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
