The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a 19-year-old man wanted on an obstruction charge.
The sheriff's office identified the wanted person as Jonathan D. Godkin, 19. He is wanted for obstructing governmental administration and is also wanted by State Police in Wolcott, according to the sheriff's office.
Godkin is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Wayne County Sheriff's Office at 315-946-9711.
The sheriff's office advised residents not to take police action themselves and to contact law enforcement with information.
