Deputies allege Turner applied pressure to a woman’s neck during a domestic incident, violating a full stay-away order of protection involving the victim.

Turner was charged with aggravated family offense, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree criminal contempt, according to the sheriff’s office.

He was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment and is due to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
