A late-night crash in Hopewell led to a driving while intoxicated charge for a Wayne County woman.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Cynthia Marie Bode of Palmyra after responding to a report of a vehicle off the road near Route 5 and 20, outside a local bar.
When law enforcement arrived, they found the vehicle partially in a ditch, with its rear wheel suspended. An investigation determined Bode had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated, deputies said.
She was taken to the county jail and issued traffic tickets related to the incident.
Bode is due in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
