A North Rose man was taken into custody Thursday morning on a warrant issued out of Yates County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Damien G. Clark, 29, was arrested around 8:16 a.m. April 2 at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Jerusalem Court.
Authorities said Clark faces charges including second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle without a required interlock device.
Following his arrest, Clark was transported back to Yates County, where he was held pending centralized arraignment.
Yates County deputies were assisted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office in executing the arrest.
