Deputies arrested a Farmington resident following a reported burglary in progress at a home on Fraser Way.
Christopher S. Hillen, 48, was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief after an investigation into the incident.
The arrest occurred at about 9:50 p.m. on March 26.
Officers said Hillen was found after jumping from the second story of the home.
He was taken into custody and transported to Strong Hospital for medical evaluation. Authorities said he will be taken to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment and is due in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
