A 42-year-old woman was charged after a domestic incident in Covert occurred in front of two children Sunday night, the Seneca County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies arrested Jennifer Hovencamp at about 9:06 p.m. and charged her with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of resisting arrest, all misdemeanors, according to the sheriff's release.
The sheriff's office said Hovencamp resisted deputies as they tried to arrest her. It did not provide further details about the domestic incident or identify the children.
No one was injured during the arrest, the office said.
Deputies took Hovencamp to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where she was turned over to the correctional facility to await arraignment in centralized arraignment court.
