Police arrested a Waterloo woman after responding to a traffic complaint about an allegedly intoxicated driver.
Carlina D. Osborne, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after officers located her vehicle around 5:33 p.m. Feb. 24, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Officers said the complaint reported that Osborne was driving while intoxicated. Police found her inside the vehicle and said she admitted to driving to the location.
During the investigation, officers determined Osborne had a blood alcohol content of 0.31%, nearly four times the legal limit. She was also charged with operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
Police issued uniform traffic tickets for the charges. Osborne is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
