Deputies say a Rochester man already in custody now faces another petit larceny charge tied to an earlier investigation in Victor.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Alexis Gonzales Martinez, 38, at 12:12 p.m. February 14 at the Ontario County Jail.
Investigators say the charge stems from an incident at Target in the Town of Victor on December 20, 2025.
Authorities took Martinez into custody at the jail following the investigation. Officials say he currently remains held at the Ontario County Jail on unrelated theft charges.
Martinez will appear at CAP Court at a later date to answer the petit larceny charge.
