A comeback season ended with a first-of-its-kind title for Palmyra-Macedon senior Breana Pentycofe, according to WayneTimes.com.
Pentycofe became the first girl in program history to win a division championship at the Wayne-Finger Lakes League Championships at Dundee High School. The win came just weeks after she returned from a hamstring tear, capping what she called a roller-coaster season.

She narrowly missed the championship last year, the first season girls wrestling gained official status under the New York State Public High School Athletic Association.
