Flames ripped through a trailer early Tuesday, sending one person to the hospital, according to WETM.
Fire crews responded around 7:30 a.m. to a structure fire at Crestwood Trailer Park in the town of Erin. When reporters arrived later, the mobile home stood destroyed. Firefighters said the injured person suffered burns and received treatment at an area hospital.
Investigators with the New York State Fire Investigation Team out of Montour Falls examined the scene to determine what sparked the blaze. Multiple local fire departments assisted with the response. Officials have not released the cause.
