Deputies arrested a man on a warrant after authorities located him following a crash in another county.
Tyrease T. Young, 27, of Syracuse was taken into custody Jan. 1 on a warrant for violating pre-trial release conditions, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tim Thompson said Broome County deputies contacted Seneca County after Young was involved in a motor vehicle accident and they became aware of the active warrant.
Seneca County deputies took custody of Young and transported him to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where he awaited centralized arraignment.
All suspects accused of a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
