Enslow unanimously chosen to lead Seneca supervisors in 2026

In a quick reorganization meeting, Seneca County lawmakers unanimously picked a familiar leader, according to the Finger Lakes Times.

Waterloo Supervisor Mike Enslow won another two-year term as chair of the Seneca County Board of Supervisors on Monday night. He has held the post since 2023.

The board also reappointed Tyre Supervisor Elizabeth Partee as finance director, where she leads the Ways & Means Committee. Enslow stressed cooperation across party lines and said committee assignments could shift to include new members.

Several other county roles were reaffirmed during the 10-minute meeting, including clerk, county attorney, and public defender.
