The newest bakery in Watkins Glen isn’t for people — it’s for pups. Singing Dog Bakery just opened downtown, offering all-natural, handmade dog treats, according to WENY.
Owner Juanita Knight, a former music teacher, started baking for dogs in the ’90s and grew the business from farmers’ markets to a full storefront. The treats are wheat, soy, and preservative-free.
Knight hopes the shop will become a community staple and plans to expand offerings in the months ahead.
