Corning will swear in its newly elected officials on Wednesday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m. The oath-taking will take place at Centerway Square and is open to the public.

City leaders say the event marks the formal beginning of the officials’ terms and highlights the responsibility of public service. Those set to take the oath include Diane Telehany, Jeff Clark, George Bacalles, Rodi Rovner, and Pam Walker.

Officials encourage residents and families to attend and take part in the civic moment.
