Three charged after Seneca Falls business complaint

Police charged three people in Seneca Falls after a local business reported a complaint involving a child.

Officers arrested Kathleen Rogers, 66, Emily Campese, 21, and Richard Taylor-Doty, 55, on Saturday, December 6. All three face one count of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, a misdemeanor.

The Seneca Falls Police Department said the charges stemmed from an incident reported by a local business, but did not release further details.

All three were released with appearance tickets. They’re due back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
