Police arrested a Seneca Falls man after an investigation into theft and property damage earlier this month.
Stephen R. Kennedy, 36, was taken into custody on December 5 and faces three charges: criminal tampering in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, and petit larceny.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, the criminal mischief charge is a felony, while the others are misdemeanors. Officers did not release further details about the incident.
Kennedy was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
