Deputies arrested a man early Tuesday morning after responding to an active warrant in the Town of Lyons.
Joshua D. Barber, 42, of Margaretta Road in Sodus, was taken into custody around 6:15 a.m. on a warrant for trespass.
Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies say the warrant was issued by the Town of Lyons Court. After his arrest, Barber was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He’s due back in court at a later date.
