A Rochester woman was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday night after failing to appear in court on drug and contraband charges.
Deputies took 29-year-old Brittany Leeann Holaert into custody around 8:23 p.m. on November 26 at Livingston County Jail, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant stemmed from two separate courts — Canandaigua Town Court and Hopewell Town Court — where Holaert was scheduled to appear on charges of introducing prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Deputies transported Holaert to the Ontario County Jail, where she’s being held for CAP Court to answer the charges.
