Eleven students join National Honor Society at NRW High School

North Rose-Wolcott High School honored eleven standout students this week as its newest members of the National Honor Society.

The school held an induction ceremony on November 18 to welcome the group, who were recognized for their achievements in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

This year’s inductees include: Abigayle Bates, Gracie Brown, Zoe Dennis, Chloe King, Anna Madison, Laryssa Moore, Kyli Simonds, Taylor Smith, Lillie Spoon, Cadence VanAlstine, and Peytin Westurn.

To qualify for NHS, students must maintain a GPA of 90 percent or higher and receive faculty recommendations.

The ceremony celebrated the students’ hard work and commitment — qualities that reflect the core values of both the school and the National Honor Society.
