Deputies arrested a 47-year-old woman Saturday afternoon after a shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall in Victor.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Kelly M. Spicer was taken into custody around 4:34 p.m. on November 15. She’s accused of stealing $320 worth of merchandise from Von Maur by bypassing all points of sale without paying.
Spicer was released and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
