Deputies arrested a 40-year-old Honeoye Falls man Sunday night after a traffic stop in Victor led to DWI charges.
[REDACTED] was pulled over around 10:13 p.m. near the intersection of State Route 251 and State Route 96, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say [REDACTED] failed to stop at a stop sign and was found to be driving while intoxicated. He was issued appearance tickets for DWI and traffic violations and released.
[REDACTED] is scheduled to appear in Town of Victor Court at a later date.
