Deputies arrested a Newark woman after a single-car crash in Romulus led to a DWI investigation.
Kristina J. Allport, 30, was charged with driving while intoxicated following the Nov. 1 crash, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say she was involved in a property damage accident and later registered a blood alcohol content of 0.13% on a chemical breath test.
No one was injured in the crash. Along with the misdemeanor DWI charge, Allport was also cited for leaving her lane unsafely.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Romulus Town Court on Dec. 19.
