A Rochester man is facing charges after deputies say he stole a bottle of liquor from a business in the Town of Manchester.
Rhamel A. Mcbride, 23, was taken into custody April 2 following an investigation into a disturbance that began at FLACRA and ended at Clifton Plaza, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Mcbride entered Clifton Corks and Bottles, selected a $25 bottle of liquor and left the store without paying. The incident occurred around 5:37 p.m.
Mcbride was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date. The investigation involved the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from New York State Police.
