The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
Authorities say Sara J. Watts, 49, is wanted on a misdemeanor-level warrant after not appearing for a scheduled court date.
Watts is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her date of birth is February 9, 1976.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438 or send an anonymous tip by texting “YATES” to 847411.
