Police arrested a 64-year-old man late Tuesday after a reported fight involving a gun at Nate’s Floral Estates in Ithaca.
Officers say Bruce Rogers, an Ithaca resident, menaced someone with what appeared to be a firearm during the incident. Police responded around 10:30 p.m. and were able to take Rogers into custody without injury. They also recovered the weapon.
Rogers was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a felony, and second-degree menacing. He was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail without bail.
Police have not released further details about the incident or the victim.
