A Rochester teen faces charges after deputies say he tried to walk out of Macy’s without paying for over $200 worth of merchandise.
Tyrone L. Rudolph, 19, was arrested on Sunday at Eastview Mall in Victor. Investigators say he passed all points of sale without rendering payment for items totaling $228.50.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shoplifting complaint and took Rudolph into custody. He’s scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
