State Police say a domestic dispute between a father and son prompted a law enforcement search and a local school shutdown in the Village of Pulaski on Wednesday.
The incident occurred on Port Street in Oswego County. One individual fled the scene on foot, leading officers to search the area out of an abundance of caution. Authorities later confirmed that the individual had been located.
While the situation temporarily disrupted the community — including a precautionary shutdown by the school district — officials said there was no known threat to the public at any time.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional details have not been released.
