Two men were hurt when their bicycles collided early in the morning on East Main Street in Waterloo.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on September 26, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 20-year-old Luis Ortiz-Bonilla, of Geneva, was heading east when he collided with 27-year-old Branden Black, of Waterloo, who was riding west. The two were traveling toward each other near 136 East Main Street.
Ortiz-Bonilla suffered minor wrist pain but declined a hospital visit. Black said he was feeling okay but had hit his head during the fall. He was taken to Geneva General Hospital for evaluation as a precaution.
North Seneca Ambulance, Waterloo Police, Seneca Falls Police, and local firefighters responded to the scene.
