A woman suffered significant pain after being shoved to the ground in Waterloo.
Deputies arrested Eugene W. Brothers, 67, of Waterloo, Monday, October 6, at around 9:04 p.m. He faces attempted assault in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor.
Sheriff’s deputies say Brothers used both hands to shove the female victim to the ground and then kicked her in the ribcage, causing significant pain.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
