A Seneca Falls man is facing multiple felony charges after a narcotics investigation led to the discovery of crack cocaine inside his home.
Sheriff’s investigators arrested 29-year-old Eugene W. Peek around 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 29. He’s charged with six felony drug offenses and one misdemeanor.
Peek faces three counts each of third-degree criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of seventh-degree possession, and one count of unlawfully dealing with a child.
Deputies say they executed a search warrant at Peek’s residence as part of an ongoing investigation into crack cocaine sales. A quantity of the drug was found during the search, and investigators say a child under 1 year old was living in the home at the time.
Peek was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance.
