Longtime Ulysses resident Katy Walker is running for town supervisor, pledging transparent, community-first leadership, according to Tompkins Weekly.
Walker, founder of the ‘Ulysses United’ party, will challenge Democrat Katelin Olson in the November 4 election. She’s campaigning on fiscal responsibility, support for local farms and businesses, and investments in public services.
With roots in small business and grassroots organizing since 1979, Walker says she’ll lead by listening and collaboration—not politics.
