Police arrested a man Saturday evening after an investigation into child endangerment in Seneca Falls.
Officers took 36-year-old John Battaglia into custody around 7:40 p.m. on September 21. He faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police processed Battaglia at the Seneca Falls Police Department before transporting him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
He’s being held there as he awaits arraignment.
