Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery is celebrating four decades of pioneering sparkling wine in the Finger Lakes with a rare release, according to Finger Lakes Times.
The 2021 Brut Cuvée 85 blends fresh vintage notes with a dosage from the original 1985 bottling—the first Champagne-style wine made on the East Coast using classic vinifera grapes. Only 100 cases were produced to honor founder Willy Frank’s bold vision.
The winery now offers a wide sparkling portfolio and continues to use traditional methods, with every bottle handcrafted in its historic cellar.
