Veterans and active military members can get a free tasting flight at Three Brothers Wineries & Estates on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
The Veterans Day offer applies at any of the property's four tasting rooms at 623 Lerch Road, according to an announcement from the winery. War Horse Brewing Co., part of the property, also offers a separate free-pint program throughout the year.
Free pints support veterans year-round
Through the Pint It Forward program, customers can pre-purchase a pint for a service member. Veterans and active military members can redeem one by showing military identification on any day the business is open.
Each Veterans Day, money from pints that have not been redeemed is donated to a local Veterans Association, the winery said. The program has donated more than $8,000 over the past three years.
War Horse also donates a portion of the proceeds from each can of Lieutenant Dan beer to the Infinite Hero Foundation. The nonprofit supports programs addressing physical and mental health needs of veterans and their families, according to the announcement.
November wine sale also underway
The winery said its Black Friday sale runs throughout November, with wine discounted 50%. That sale is available to visitors generally and is separate from the offers for veterans and active military members.
Details about the Veterans Day event and other activities are available on the Three Brothers Wineries events page. The winery can be reached at 315-585-4432.
