The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for violating the conditions of his sentence and probation.
Deputies say 71-year-old Robert E. Tolbert is currently wanted on an active warrant. He is described as a Black male, 5’10” tall, weighing 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is listed as August 24, 1952.
Anyone with information about Tolbert’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438 or send a tip via text by messaging “YATES” to 847411.
