A warrant has been issued in Seneca Falls for a man who failed to appear in court on a public lewdness charge.
Shariff J. Watson, 42, is wanted after not showing up for his scheduled court appearance, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Watson is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
