Canandaigua woman charged after downtown altercation

A Canandaigua woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a physical altercation on Phoenix Street.

Officers arrested 33-year-old Brittany Toth around 11:25 a.m. on August 28. She’s accused of shoving one person and striking another in the face during the incident.

Toth was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
