A Newark man has been charged with criminal trespass after an incident at a Canandaigua business last month.
Police say 26-year-old James Ishii was served a criminal summons on August 25. He’s accused of entering a store on Eastern Boulevard on July 18 after previously being trespassed from the property.
Ishii is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
