Ontario County deputies arrested a Farmington man on Tuesday following a domestic disturbance at an apartment on Hathaway Drive.
Deputies say 19-year-old Eliel J. Torres was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree after investigating a report of family trouble at his residence around 3:30 p.m.
Torres was taken to the Ontario County Jail for CAP court and later released on his own recognizance.
He’s scheduled to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
